ABOUT SERENITY CERAMICS

Serenity Ceramics, Southwold is a new Paint your Own Pottery Studio run by Jo and her daughter Francesca who is currently studying Interior design and Animal management at college. Francesca has always been very creative and loves arts and crafts of all kinds.

Jo has worked in schools for the past 13 years with children ranging from 4 to 16 years. She has experience of working with SEN children and has a passion for ensuring that neurodivergent children are allowed to have the same opportunities as everyone else. She has always enjoyed arts and crafts and understands the health benefits and mindfulness of painting. Her love of painting pottery has grown since having children and has dreamed of having a studio for many years.

Prior to this Jo has worked as a Bank manager and Post Office area manager so she has a good grasp of retail environments. Jo is a people person and enjoys meeting new people and getting to know them better.
